Having a partner who is also your care giver is a big job. And separating the 2 can be very hard. Needing to depend on someone is also hard on us.
Your partner isn't the best person for the care giver job, and you need to get someone else who can assist you.
As for a partner, you can deal with that after you have found someone who can help you out a bit, and after you get your knee under control.
You say you can't take anti inflammatory meds, what about Tylenol? Have you tried a heating pad? Or even a arthritis cream?
How many injections have you had in the knee? Sometimes it can take more than 1 to do the trick. Sounds like you have a lot going on, and trying to deal with so many things at 1 time can really delay any improvement.
I wish you lots of luck, and remember, one thing at a time.
You need to say no when you don't want to do something,, especially if it is going to hurt you.
some place to call to get help.
