As i sit here hurting everywhere, and so tired I can barely stay awake, I wonder what I am supposed to do when I hurt so bad and just can't take it anymore. I have gotten to the point that nothing seems to help anymore- I can't take NSAIDs anymore, tylenol does very little, ultram used to work but seems inadequate anymore. Narcotics do help if I take enough, but I can't work if I'm taking those. Exercise helps a little if I do just the right amount, but more often just makes things worse. Rest makes me stiffer and more painful. Heat makes me want to pass out. Ice does seem to help and I am usually perched in a chair with ice packs all over me. But what do you all do? My back and neck are killing me. My knees and ankles are killing me. My fingers ache. My head aches. How am I supposed to sleep?? I am so tired of this . . . .. . . .
