Hey everyone, I'm new to this group. I have a question and I won't bore you with all the details. I have psoriatic arthritis and I have been talking Humira, however, my insurance is being butts about everything and now I refuse to take it because it's such a hassle just to get it now. I was wondering if anyone has any over the counter meds to suggest. I called my doctor and he won't put me on anything else because he says I am on a biologic medicine, and I'm thinking....so.....you could prescribe something until I can figure something out. So I'm looking at changing doctors. Any suggestions anyone????

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...

but for the last 2 years, I am free from pain and I can run and jump...
I am totally arthiritis free.
I stumble on this cure quite by accident. Its really not a cure, just a prevention. To be honest, there is really no cure for Arthiritis, you are just taking pain killers to mask the pain only.
I went gluten free quite by accident. Many people tell me that gluten cause bone ache...naw!!! who believe it, well, that was what had happened to me. You can knock me on the head and tell me not to eat my bread...it give me bone ache. I wouldn't believe it until one day I had a bad bronchitis flu. Not eaten food for 2 weeks, suddenly I was able to walk down my stairs..Hey I am pain free. So, I set out to examine the cause..it was my diet... I was not consuming my breads and gluten. I was eating only rice broth, chicken broth for 2 weeks. So I decided to go gluten free for another week, hv rice and corn instead of bread and pasta. Well it worked.. All my joint pain is gone!!! I continued to be gluten free for 2 years now. It is worth it , I can run and and lift heavy shopping bags, no problems. May be I should attempt the marathon..lol..dreaming only.
