Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic, inflammatory, multisystem, autoimmune disorder. It is a disabling and painful condition which can lead to substantial loss of mobility due to pain and joint destruction.
Ever since the start of the pandemic, I've transitioned to online shopping, but because I try to eat as healthy as possible for my RA, it's kind of hard to branch out as I constantly have to look through ingredients. Has anyone had a similar experience, or have any tips for me?
