Feels like a hot poker

Hello all,

Sometimes it feels like I have a hot poker running through the palms of my hands. I have been tested for carpal tunnel syndrome and it is not that. I also have fibromyalgia, but I was wondering if anyone with arthritis experiences this feeling? I have been diagnosed the arthritis in my spine, and more recently I have been feeling joint pain in my feet.

Anyways, do any of you have that hot sensation in the center of your hands?

I have arthritiseverywhere and feel hot pains in my great toe joints. I've called it electric jolts so they could be hot pokers! My hands are bad and get zings. Green tea is the latest greatest, and nettle tea helps me. good luck, faye

My hands are the worst. I wonder if it is the arthritis or something else. It wasn't so bad when I saw a chiropractor-he said my alignment from shoulders to hands affected the nerves. It does help when I massage my forearms.

I have fm and i have felt that in my foot and fanny. I know they are fm and not OA. Talk to your rheumy.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
