Where is your pain?
Little by little I stopped doing all of the exercises. I learned some of the exercises made me ache the next day. I eliminated those. some did not hurt, I kept those. Trial and error over time!
I walk, I love it. I like to walk 30-45 min. I ache after. So, I have learned to enjoy 15 mins. and I feel good.
The incline and elliptical are known to cause folks problems. I cannot do them because it is too stressful for my heart. Try treadmill with no incline.
We have to make adjustments to our life to keep pain and inflammation down. It is just the way it is!
Wishing you a Healthy fun filled day!
zztop, I don't feel fatigued. If I'm lucky, my joints just ache. But often I'll get shooting pain down my leg....something must be inflamed and hitting a nerve or something.
yoga, I must admit that I do the incline a bit. I find it hard to hold back as if I walk too slow or flat, waht't the use? It's frustrating as I have the stamina to do more, but my joints wont let me. I suppose though that 15 min is better than nothing right?
SLESandy, what exercises are you able to do that you don't consider strenuous?
please advice my some natural Remedies to overcome this problem..
I have a set of pedals (think bike without anything but the pedals) and I try to pedal slowly while I watch tv). The is no weight bearing at all from the couch, but it's still movement. I picked it up at a garage sale for $5.00.
For me, "exercise" has become more about preserving flexibility and range of motion and less about strength and cardio. I feel deep down that sort of thing isn't really doing me any favors.
