Hello, I'm new to the group but wanted to share. I've been on various meds for my arthritis (doctors aren't sure which sort but likely psoriatic).
What's worked best for me is a portable ultrasound. It's not the sort that takes pictures, but the sort that breaks up stuck stuff. It's helping a lot with the pain and weakness.
I think I paid about $100 for my little machine I use at home and then the chiropractor has a bigger gizmo so I get treatment there each month too. I just needed more than what I could go in for.
