I have no fancy words of help, sorry. I can't say I have the same pain, I don't know. I can't even tell you much. All I can say I feel and know it is real for you the pain.
I just hope someday they will have answer for all of us that surfer thru all our pain.
I have no idea why your surfering so much? I wish I had the answers for all of us including you.
God Bless YOU

You sound much like me and some other folks I know.
I have a crappy immune system too.
My immune problem is from Common Variable Immune (Disease or Disorder) also known as CVID. There is a DS group for this too.
A lot of your symptoms sound like CVID.
Were you Immuno Globulin levels along with the subclasses checked?
I have OsteoArthritis and I think that is often a catch all term.
I have exhaustion.
I have all over body pain too.
I was told I have Fibromyalgia.
Do you make sure you stretch daily to keep yourself from getting worse? It has really helped me. It was very hard to do at first.
Hope today is a better day.
You say you don't heal well.
Do you think this is from the addisons meds?
My late best friend had Addisons.
I'll bet getting the treatmento of IVIG would help you heal.
You can always ask your doc to see what he/she thinks.
IVIG is IV form of Gamma Globulin.
I must take it very slowly with premeds.
My premeds are prednisone and IV benadryl.
I hope this helps.
I wish my bones weren't wearing thin and my joints weren't wearing out. Along with the overgrowth of bone, as in spurs etc. there's so much more pain involved.
I do have osteoporosis - have had quite a few spontaneous fractures in my ribs, and now my foot. Does not bode well for all the orthopedic surgery I need to get done.
As for the auto immune disease piece, they have tested me up one side and down the other and have found nothing. No signs of auto immune disease. They did treat me for RA for a while, but then decided I didn't have it after all. They have no clue. I still believe it is an auto immune thing - it just doesn't fit any of their textbook definitions. My brother has it too. They can't figure him out either. At various times they have said i could have CFS, fibromyalgia, inflammatory spondylosing arthritis, osteoarthritis, blah blah blah. Their idiot steroids put me in to adrenal failure which won't recover. Sometimes I think they have doctored me into all this. It just sucks.
And I still have no idea which way to go. The ortho said yesterday I should go on disability, get on medicaid, get my surgeries done and then, if able, return to the working world. UGH. That sounds ridiculous. There is just no good answer. I am so stuck.
I have the same disorders you have including more than one auto i
immune disorder and immune deficiency. I am being treated for Osteoperosis, Ostio Arthritis, Sjogrens, CFS and FMS, CVID and a bunch of other stuff. I am not able to return to work but I'd sure like too.
I wish you well and believe you can go to work once you get your other needs met.
May the Lord have Mercy on you and your struggles.
I'm here to support you as well as these other lovely folks.
