Try taking it in the morning. I believe all my docs prescribed at night to get your system used to the meds because they can make you drowsy. However once you get this in your system it acts a stimulant and helps you throughout the day with anxiety and depression. I have always tried to take at night per doc orders to let the med get used to my system and it worked for 2-3 days then once it was in my systems I couldn't sleep. So I would have to take in the morning and it worked a lot better. I remember Zoloft being one of the worst offender it was like lights, camera , action and your trying to sleep awful, switched to the morning and it was a lot better. Now I'm on lexapro which has worked the best for me past and taking it in the morning and drowsy by the afternoon I know this will pass once it gets into my system.
