I have had anxious dreams like that when I am stressed, and when I was on the klonopin every night was filled with weird (not anxious, but weird warped dreams).
The kind of dreams you describe sounds exactly like my mother. She is always waiting for stress, even if there is nothing to stress about. She just is always kind of anticipating it. Are you anticipating something negative?
I like to read before I go to bed then meditate and pray before actually falling asleep. Don't know what to think.
Lately my dreams have been good dreams. Where I am full of confidence, and living life like I used to. I wake up smiling because it felt so good to be in that moment again.
I have no anxiety during the day which is AWESOME but I'd like to find a way to manage my sleeping brain. Not sure that's possible.
Crispy - thanks for the reminder! I should look some of those up. I have my class this week so I'll ask my group for their thoughts as well and ask my therapist next time I see her.
