Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
I'm feeling a lot better internally for my anxiety which is accomplishing, but not externally yet. After all that old beef with my friends and just naturally distancing with them after having no classes together and them becoming more busy, it's been a lot more awkward between this. And part of that is because of me who gets uncomfortable talking to them. I don't know, but this has always been my weakness in any social situation in life. I can talk a lot on social media through texting but in person I just feel so awkward like what I say is too general if you know what I mean. I always would ask the same things all the time like how their day was or something school-related and that's it. I know on the inside I might have more interesting bright things to say but whenever I am faced with the reality of sitting right next to me friends, I just don't know what to say. Like I want to be closer friends again but that starts with me talking normally and wholeheartedly again. Because now if I can be honest, it's the same thing as saying "I don't know my friends at all" now. Because I might be around them all the time, but since I never know what to say or how to have the bravery to start saying things, I just know them but don't know them deep down. So how can I change this? I really deserve to change this because it was going fine last year, it's just that this year they made new friends and we hardly see eachother at school so it's going to be less attention for me.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
