Also, a lot of those meals are completely pre-cooked and you're really just reheating so you could eat it frozen but you might chip a tooth!
You want to cook chicken until it is white and not pink to avoid the possibility you could get sick, but like mginmn said, even if it was a bit pink, you're probably not going to get sick.
To be safe in the future, you might get a food themometer and cook until meats are in the safe range. That helps me with my food weirdnesses.
Even if you ate raw chicken (which you wouldn't do because it would just taste nasty) you'd be unlikely to die. You might barf a few times but that's it. And that's if it was totally raw, which is not what you did.
The other thing that REALLY helped me with my food issues - which shocked the heck out of me - is that I took a food safety class for work and learned more about keeping food safe and the kitchen clean. I thought hearing about food bourne illness would completely freak me out but I learned that with common sense, you're pretty much good.
