At the end of the day i write down all my negative thoughts of the day and turn them round into a posative thought.
1;Activating thought.
2:your beliefs.
3:Emotional
4:physical.
5:realistic thoughts.
The more you do this on paper the easier it becomes to catch yourself in a negative thought and change it to a realistic thought.

Actually I haven't had any attacks at all. I just recently started having panic attacks, that is why I decided to get some medical help. I do find myself feeling anxious in the mornings though and when I am lying in bed at night. I try to catch myself before it goes too far. Because I never want experience another one again!

DogCrazy made an excellent suggestion!! There are a TON of books out there about all of this too...I really enjoyed the Anxiety and Phobia Workbook and An End to Panic.
A lot of people on here recommend Hope and Help for your Nerves too, which I just bought on Ebay today. Just a thought in case you are interested in learning more about it and overcoming any negative thoughts:)
