how can i not be triggered by someone i loved? i mean, this is crazy to hear but listen. i had a derealization and maladaptive daydreaming before so me and someone made a story we'd talk for hours until i got attached to it. the thing is that the characters were bases on a physical appearance of real person in this reality we currently live in, but we made their personalities differ in the story. then one day she told me that we should stop until i lashed out because i thought it was a huge part of my life and i got depressed. i loved this character, but the problem is whenever im seeing the person in reality we based her into, i feel like this person is the one i had loved but actually no. it's just that everytime i see this people in social medias, i feel like they were real and it's hard to move on because we based them from real characters jn real life. i tried to get busy but i still felt like it was the only love i ever felt. i get triggered by it but i dont want to go back to who i am before. i dont know what i should do so please give me some advice i can do for myself and please do not say i need to ask for professional help because i dont have enough money for it. how should i move on? should i block these people so that i will never see their faces again and i will never be reminded of the horrible choicez ive made i knew i shouldve ended sooner. please help me. i wanf to get better

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
when the love of my life triggers me to places other than loving bliss, i take a road trip. he always seems to smell better after i've had time for an attitude adjustment.
attempted humor alert.
one day in another suburban paradise, my now departed son came to sit with me while i was meditating in my brand new, self constructed water garden. he listened patiently until had finished crowing proudly and asked, "why is xenophobia not a fear of buddhists?"
was i abusive for pushing him off my bench? his mischievous grin made me feel like he had accomplished his impish mission.
Do you know this person in real life? (Not on the app or game, but someone you see in person, in your real life?)
You mentioned blocking her, so maybe that would be a good first step. This seems to be causing you a lot of distress, so best to get completely away from this. Take a break from it.
