Right now i feel mostly head symptoms which make me feel out of kilter feeling of dizzyness and just not right. I just took a .25 xanex to see if that helps but i hate the feeling i experience. I would like to feel normal. I played golf today and i still do things but almost all my feeling are head related. I also notice that i hate going into large stores. Last night i did sleep well and managed to get through the day but i would not rate it a very comfortable day.

I hate days like these. I've had some where i just feel out of it all day.

The Moons S what do you do for it. I take .375 klonopin morning and evening and have done for a year or more after a cardiac ablation. I have xanex small dose just in case and things have been ok except for last few days mostly head symptoms what do you do for your problem

Well I don't really have anything I can just take when I feel an attack coming on. I'm allergic to benzos so all I have is a pill I take when I get up. I just sort of grin and bear it. I always try to do something to keep my mind off of it.

what pill do you take when you get up? its amazing to me because i was ok a few days ago however things change. I guess i should say it shall pass and move on.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
