About your anxiety? What's that ONE thing you would get rid of more than anything? For me, I think it would be the sharp chest pains. Every time it happens, I start thinking there's something wrong with my heart...then the racing thoughts start (What if I have a heart attack? What if I have heart valve damage? What if this? What if that?)

oh goodness i would get rid of everything!!! of all my fears and anxieties...but mostly i would get rid of how weak and dizzy a panic attack makes me feel.

i would have to say the breathing issue. I have pretty much gotten rid of the chest pains. But my breathing gets off track and thats all I focus on for hours......

My head sweats. My face gets beet red and hot and that causes me even more anxiety and it just gets worse and worse until I finally get somewhere that I can calm down.

I really, truly hope that things will get better for all of us. We're all amazing people. Anxiety holds us back from living a full life. We deserve better.
