Muscle pain
Allergies
Pounding heart (luckily not so offen)

Pounding heart
Elevated blood pressure.
Tight/tensed muscles

Dizziness, nausea
Burning in chest, throat, stomach, thighs
Fear - Lots of that.
I don't consciously have social anxiety - I enjoy being out - but I only recently made the connection between my sensitive nature and the stress I feel in Some social situations. Its there, I just hadn't added things up.
I also get the racing heart sometimes when I first wake up, but its not an anxiety attack; its separate.
Hard to focus or concentrate
Loss of memory
My mind "checks out" and I can't remember simple words
Mood swings
Fits of anger
I seclude myself from people
Headaches
Mumble my words
Tired
Overwhelmed
Difficulty breathing
Dizziness
Strong feeling like I'm about to pass out
Ringing in ears
Tingling in arms/hands
Legs feel like jello
Feeling disconnected or spaced out
