Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
When I got sick on March 8th, 24, I don't know if it was anxiety or a seizure. I did not know that people suffer with depression after a seizure, it has never happened to me before. As I had mentioned before, I had never had to be admitted into the hospital before either. I used to come home as like nothing ever happened before and then the event would leave my mind and then I would forget about it.
Some people may wonder why is it bothering me so much. Because 1)I was never hospitalized not even for overnight. 2)I was never suggested to take another medication that has side effects worse than the medication I am currently taken and it has never gave me any problems for all of these years. 3)I never had a depression and it made me lost my appetite. 4)And I lost so much weight, I lost 30 pounds.
Each day I am feeling myself, I know it takes time. It is like trying to reboot a computer that had shut down for a day.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
the electronic components inside my computer reboot much faster than the organic components of my physical system. i like to analogize my psychotic episodes as, "psychic flu." they affect every component of physical system and thinking of ^it^ as a flu bout helps me be more patient with the healing and recovery process. keeping the focus on my physical symptoms helps to keep me from getting lost in the fever dementia.
be gentle with yourself and patient with the process. don't forget to eat, hydrate and rest. hope healing happens here.
Having the episode and the after effects of the episode is how it works in the moment.
Take care of you, and make your way through this the best you are able to.
Take care of you.
Eat, rest and stay hydrated. Exercise is important too.
Hope you feel better.

I went to a Special-needs school with student's who had seizures all the time, Sometimes on a daily basis.
And tell You that seizures are brought on by epilepsy. (I guess if You have alot of anxiety it bring seizures on......Makes sense)
But, the cause is epilepsy, That's why You may not remember, Cause, with seizures it's an un-conscious convulsion of the body.
I agree with everyone, Don't worry about it, No one the exact cause of this, But, can tell You it's neurological. I have neurological issues myself, And it is what it is.
