Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

I recently did hypnotherapy for my anxiety and have not had an attack since. Even if I TRY to have one, it's like my mind no longer recognizes them as a part of me.
Well, when completing my last session I was given a sheet that will allow me to do exactly what was done in the office to myself. I wanted to share it with everyone out there in case you would like to do it to yourself or if you have someone who could read through it and assist you.
Here goes...
1. Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down quietly for a few minutes. Once you are comfortable, ask yourself if you are ready to clean your timeline (all the negative emotions from your past).
2. Close you eyes and visualize your timeline (find your past, present and future points). Ask yourself if you are ready to release all ANGER on your timeline. If the answer is yes, float above the timeline you have envisioned and ask your subconscious to go back to just before the first remembered incident of anger.
Once there, ask your subconscious to clear the anger and retain the knowledge from the memory. When completed with that incident, go through your timeline and clear all remembered anger.
3. Open your eyes and think of something unrelated such as what you are wanting to eat for dinner that night, or any thought that will give you a break from concentration. Think back to a memory where you normally would have felt anger thinking of and be sure that you no longer FEEL the actual anger, although still remembering that you had felt angry at the time is fine.
4. Repeat this process through sadness, fear, guilt and hurt, adding any personalized emotions you need too such as anxiety, depression, etc. ALWAYS clear anger first!! When you have completed all of these ask your subconscious if there are any other negative emotions that need to be cleared. If the subconscious says there are other negative emotions you will have to go back and clear them.
This all may seem a little confusing, so if you have any question, I will try to answer them the best I can:)
I am not trying to push this on anyone, I just know it worked for me and hope I can help others along the way.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
I still get every now and again the symptoms that would normally trigger and attack, but I never actually get an attack from ny of it, so I am very grateful!!
2) That's a huge help and I'm going to print that out.
I'm really interested in alternative methods of healing such as hypnotherapy, reiki, and acupuncture. Interesting read, thanks!
