Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
Also, after I get up and drink some water and eat something, usually a protein shake (because it's quick to prepare and is very nutritious), I feel a lot better. But I know those morning hours can be horrendous...
I've had chest tremors that are really scary. I know it's not my heart because I have laid still and felt my wrist pulse and it's different than the tremors.
The only thing I can think of (after asking my shrink some questions) is that there are chemicals that keep up asleep and there are chemicals that wake us up.
I think there's something similar to or it is adrenaline that wakes us up...and I am thinking that maybe the tremors in my chest area are my hyper-sensitivity to whatever is being poured in to wake me up. Also, I wonder if my body is dumping more than necessary.
The other idea I have is that I have too much of what keeps me asleep early in the morning and not enough wake me up stuff. I've never awakened feeling rested.
However, I am sleeping mucho better since going back on CalMagZinc. I had stopped about a year ago for another reason and noticed that I have had 9 migraine w/aura's in 2012. I had only 5 in 2011 and 1 in 2010. Then I remembered I went off of them when I thought or misunderstood my doctor saying Mag contributes to a syndrome I have. Upon further ready Magnesium actually helps my syndrome!
I just start back about 2 weeks ago...and have exercise everyday since. So it's probably both.
take care hun
