Our bodies are not designed to get hit with a huge dose of a chemical vitamin. Food based vitamins are in tiny amounts - have hundreds of cofactors no man-made vitamin has and they are extremely gentle on the physiology.
If you read the scientific literature on Evidenced Based Anxiety Protocols vitamin supplements are not even in the rated listings. This means they are not considered effective. Now proper diet is rated quite high

These were recommended to me by an NP I see who follows a more holistic medical model.
Taking too much or the wrong vitamins and minerals. Certain vitamins such as B-complex are stimulatory and will cause anxiety and even panic attacks in some people.

That being said, I'm a big fan of supplementation because it's been helpful to me. Things that have helped me have been B Complex, L-Theanine, L-Tryptophan and a few herbs, like Passionflower. Personally, I get much of what I need from a supplement called Tranquilene, but there are many out there. Good luck!
You are again attacking my posts - why dont you concentrate on bringing something of value to the forum from your own experience. Your posts are all cut and paste or attacking or trying to impress someone with knowledge plagiarized from somewhere else. Your attacks on me say more about you than anything.

DS should be positive and informative. Attacks on individuals are counter productive.
