My digestive tract is ever so sensitive to my emotional state. Loss of appetite is one of my early psycho nag flags. Eating full meals when I am stressed out is physical agony for me so I compensate by nibbling continuously. I am 14 years old and I have 4 types of anxiety and I think that the anxiety builds up and then you keep it built up so it makes you feel sick and not able to eat. I ave the same problems with the waking up and feeling like i'm sick and feeling like it is going to be a bad day.

And in between I will snack on something healthy.
And go for a walk or exercise.
It gets my morning off to a good start.
