General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
Been stressing out about a bunch of things recently and wasn't dealing with it. So, of course, I was feeling off, not sleeping well, and having other anxious-like feelings. But, for me, these feelings are the same feelings I get when I'm dehydrated, so I thought it was just that.
Even in the past, being I would notice that I was dehydrated and not actually anxious.

Ugh, it sucks that this happened during my birthday this week, but trying to remind myself how lucky I am that I have this awesome community and an awesome girlfriend to open up to. I need to finally realize that opening up does not make me a burden on anyone.
Oh well, tomorrow is another day and I'm going to have a nice birthday lunch with my mom and girlfriend. Hopefully, I can feel comfortable enough soon in this Covid world to also meet up with some friends. Peace, hugs, love, and blessings to you all!

But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
when i can simply accept the anxiety i find i have far more brain space to appreciate the good stuff while making it far easier to follow it to its source and ply therapy tools.
and then there are the days when the ambient (cultural) anxieties are running high enough that being anxious is only proof that i am paying attention. between the masked madness and escalating political antics, it would take a high degree of ignorance to be fully anxiety free.
I hope you end up having a good day
Big hug <3
