Anybody tried it? Did it work? Side Effects?

It is an herbal blend. Start slow. All herbal supplements sold in the US are not regulated by the FDA for safety, efficacy or amount standardization. Some suppliers use a very good source for their ingredients, some, well, they can be iffy, like with red yeast rice products. some were found to contain actual Rx statins in them instead of the natural statin monacolin K, which now cannot be in red yeast rice products, because of a lawsuit by the makers of the Rx statin Mevacor, as they used red yeast rice to synthesize the monacolin K and patented it. Monacolin K is now considered a drug by the FDA. Just use common sense if you are allergic to any plant based products. Take care and good health.

However there are a few herbal constituents that are GRAS(generally regarded as safe) by the FDA. One is L-Theanine. There are more. You can research them online.

Not sure what red yeast has to do with Tranquilene, but I like it. I had to take a little more than recommended at first to get going with it, but I've been taking it for several months and it does seem to help. Haven't seen any side effects, but I'm not taking any other medications and am generally pretty healthy.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
