I always feel a little off balance or lightheaded. I take prozac and it gives me a lot of energy so i am not really tired. Any little symptom that comes along (and as you know there are many) I seem to dwell on it and make it worse. I know if i could just forget about it then i wouldnt even notice it, thats anxiety!! lol! hope you feel better

thanks kaylaw for you thoughts. I really don't want to go on to the antidepressants but have been taking a little klonopin in the morning. I am able to get along but would like to feel a little more comfortable not as anxious. I play a lot of golf take walks around the town and generally do what i want. But would love to feel a nice calm within side instead of worrying about how i feel.

you sound like you should get a physical. then start allowing your mind to focus on practical things to make your life full.

faithfull i do get a physical every year and things seem to be ok. I did suffer from afib and believe that is where the anxiety first started. I had an procedure last aug called an Ablation and I am off the drugs now. But i must focus on the positive things and not worry and let my mind control me.

It takes some time for your body to adjust when you first are hit by anxiety. I would strongly recommend watching the easy calm videos posted in the recommendations tab above. They helped me quite a bit to understand more about anxiety, and how to manage it. If you have panic attacks it's best to let them flow through you, and remind yourself that it will be over soon, and you'll feel better soon. Hang in there friend, and know that this is a great place for support.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
