Hello everyone i hope you are all doing well or better then me. My PTSD and Anxiety are being mest with of something i keep buried deep within. And the old monkey tryes to push it to the surface. I have been here before it's just going to take me a little time. But that's now why im writing this today. Im writing you all to tell you about this device that i bought on Amazon. This device is strictly for Anxiety and nothing els. I found out about this device through a friend. We both suffer from Anxiety. So i said to myself what have i got to lose. I purchased on on Amazon. The one i purchased the ( Moksha Anxiety Whistle Necklace ) It is not a whistle at all. It is just a two inch long tube the size of a drinking straw. And don't just think well i will just use a drinking straw, no it will not work. The shift is desinged strickly for Anxiety. I love mine. I never take it off. It's like a peace of julery you would be proud to wear. It has became a conversation peace and a word of mouth.
( How It Works ) You inhale through your nose and fill your belly with air as much as you can. Not your lungs, your belly. That's the mistake everyone does. Fill your belly with air and exhale thew this device. it will only alow so much air to be exhaled. But by the time it has all the air has been exhaled you are left with nothing but calm. Enything is beter then nothing.
( Be well, Stay Strong, Be Yourself. ) Scott.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.
