Okay so here goes :
All of the following can be sinus and allergy related:
Swollen Glands in neck
Stuffy nose one side alternating
Mucus in throat
Sore throat
White/Clear Mucus
Irritable bowel syndrome (which flares up when anxious) causes the following :
Abdomen Swelling
Alternating Diarrhea and constipation
Weak appetite/Weird appetite
Common Anxiety attack symptoms :
lightheadness
harder heart beat
Weird head tension/Feelings of dropping
Feeling that my chest gets heavy and im going to die
Swallowing issues which come and go (I get this often, out of the blue. I will be fine and then try to swallow and wham! I can't, freak out, then swallow okay)
Muscle strain and tension (caused by being tense)
Muscle aches in different parts of body
- Neck and shoulder aching/pain - (You arent getting much sleep and sit at a computer etc so you would be tensing your muscles)
- Burning sensations in muscles, mostly legs - restless legs
The others are pretty normal, as someone with anxiety we listen to our bodies more and actively look for things that might not be normal -
- Everything leaves imprint on skin - normal
- Palpable lymph nodes in groin- normal - you have them in your neck, under your jawbone etc.
- Pretty big testicles - um, congradulations I guess. Not sure what to put here as I dont have any
Best thing to do is go to the doc, get an SSRI antidepressant and maybe some sort of tranquilizer like ativan for when you have an anxiety attack and something to help you sleep. When your anxiety has calmed down some, go for behavior therapy/counselling and seek out support like you have done here.
