I see that most people who suffer from anxiety seem to have most symptoms in the chest. The symptoms that bother me are my head. Pain, stopped up feeling, etc. Feeling that I have a brain tumor. Anyone else?

I feel like your symptoms are what you want them to be. First I read that a panic attack feels like a heart attack so everytime i was having anxiety my chest would hurt, and i would get dizzy but now when I get them my head is hurting because then my anxiety shifted into thinking what if I am going crazy so my attention was focused on my head instead of my chest. does that make any sense? haha

OK guys, I am the Pill Police, beware of the side effects of meds!!! Ativan helps your anxiety, but it also makes them keep on comming!!! You will never feel symptom free. YOU MUST do breathing exercises!!!! It helps more than you know. Calm yourself. Go see a Naturopathic Dr. if you can, it is worth it!!! No insurance pays for them, it is all out of pocket, but let me tell you, it is worth it!!! They do it all by Nature, like GOD intended. Not to line the FDA, or the pharmetucials or the Dr. with big fat wades of your money!!! They give you pills to keep you on a vicious treadmill of needing more!!! all the while, they are all getting rich at our expense!!! That is what happened to me!!! Until I said no more!!! Be careful you guys, do natural if at all possible, if not, make your dr. tell you all about the side effects, do not read the pamplet...nobody ever reads those. Good luck you guys. Sorry to be so harsh!!! But Truthful!!!

reply #5: I agree! Go natural, do deep breathing, stop worrying about every little thing in your life --- includes whether or not your pet got gas from wet food. LOL!
