I think I'm about a month in on this celexa and in this last week my sleeping has gone from 3 hours a night back up to 7 or 8, I've been able to treat myself to a coffee in the morning a couple of times without feeling like I've been electrified, and my thoughts are much more calm and I only have that doomed feeling for a bit when I wake up in the morning. Having anxiety/depression together makes for interesting companions when you're talking in your head. What works for one can make the other so out of whack, that you shake your head, and try again and again sometimes to make it make sense in the moment.
Temper and aggression easing off is a positive balance! Hurrah for finding this place. It's one of the most peaceful moments I had in this experience.
