And practice, practice, practice, blah, blah, blah. I know you don't want to hear that, but that is the BEST way to prepare yourself. Prepare questions you think you are likely to be asked. Prepare your responses and then go over it and over it again and again and again.
I had to testify in court once and I was SO nervous, but instead of dramatizing it and treating it like it was a huge deal, I just wrote everything out that I thought I could possibly be asked and I studied it for a week. And when I got on the stand, I kicked ass. I wasn't nervous because I knew I had it in the bag. It was all routine and automatic.
Sure, there is a chance you might get stumped with a question but there isn't much you can do about that. This is you showing them who you really are, and that means showing them how well you think on your feet. And the best way to think quickly on your feet is to have a confident, relaxed attitude and don't take it too seriously. So practice that attitude too. Good luck!
Build yourself up before the interview - your the best, you're going rock it. Psych yourself up. Visualize yourself aceing it. You can do this - you've got it! Please let us know how it goes
I focused on one person and spoke to them the entire time. I looked over people's heads but not at them per say. And I felt completely calm the entire time.
Visualize success and doing well. I did go over my material so I knew what I was going to say.
If you can keep your hands from view, you can tap on the sides of your fingernails. These are actually meridian points for releasing built up tension. You can also curl or uncurl your toes as a way to foucs on something else. I hope that makes sense.

Do you take Ativan or anything? Can you take one beforehand and still perform well?
