Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. I’ve noticed since all the current changes that I’m actually feeling less anxious, sleeping better and getting more done. I’ve been told by the doctor to isolate because of my lung conditions but I already do that to an extent. I think it helps that it’s now seen as a necessity rather than a disorder and I don’t have the pressure of being helped or forced to change now. Who knew I’d be ahead of the game with that? I also don’t have to worry about having to make decisions like should I stay where I am or go travelling again, should I replant the veggie garden, whether to buy new clothes for winter (I’m in Australia) because my old ones are a bit worn, should I stop going on the iPad so much etc? Cool, it’s all sorted. Silver lining. Stay safe everyone.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
The jewels in the Corona Crown are still shifting and defining themselves, but the beaten crazy bitch wolf has been set free. Maybe. We see what grows.
Methinks I will need a new psychotherapy toolbox to reenter society after Corona finishes crowning. What are the powers that be going to be asking of us after all this is said, done and herstorically canonized? I may be long gone by then. Arguing with fools only makes the foolishness louder.
