I had a very bad panic attack. I had never seen this one before and while I was with the nurse. I was kinda already panicking she has said oh I see you have a fast pulse. and boom I was gone. I completely flipped out!! She didn't know what to do and kept telling me she would get my hubby and never did. I pulled out my brown bag and started breathing inot it and she left me alone in the room. I was able to calm myself a little before the dr came in and he was rude and said well what do you want me to do. I forgot what I was going to talk to him about and then he just left. i went to my mom's. I feel like nothing was done and I am really in a state of panic today because I keep noticing my heart rate.
Now what??
