I start to get a sleepless work night issue after three months medical leaves from a Menieres disease. My primary doctor prescribed a Xanax and I take a half of .5 mg pill during a work night. She only prescribe thirty pill per visit and suggested that I should see the counselor for help. I tried meditation, breathing exercises, daily exercise, sleep assistance tea, melatonin and acupuncture without any successful. I tried not to take Xanax but I need some sleep so I can function 13 hours at work to pay the bills. My anxiety from health issue and work over load. Is a counselor help sleepless anxiety? Any suggestion for work night sleepless issue? Thanks a million.
