Sometimes i go to bed and fall asleep and then about two hours maybe less i wake and I feel a dizzy like feeling the room is not spinning or anything just that feeling weird and very uncomfortable. I hate the feeling. Does anyone else experience this and what do they do for it.
I turn the light on and sit up in bed and things are ok but i would like to go to bed.

Yep I get that, I wake up in the night feeling dizzy and kinda spacey if that makes sense. I end up turning a light on and reading for a while, until the tiredness takes over the weird sensations. I have been trying to make sure I don't eat 2 hours before bed, and I have actually found that it helps alot, I don't seem to wake up during the night as much.

yes angie i don't get it all the time but it does happen. I have xanex available if i need it and last night i took a .25 and it usually puts me to sleep and i guess knocks down the anxiety. I hate the feeling however. Today i started light therapy because i am in cold dark climate right now and i get the winter blues. I hate it so i will try anything hope you are coping with things thanks

Im ready to start...
