Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
I totally understand where you are coming from. I had this years ago. When I was anxious, my stomache was knotted and my mouth was dry. It was not fun trying to eat.
Instead of eating as much as you can twice a day, eat a little at a time throughout the day. A granola bar here, an orange or banana there... They have started packaging snack foods in small packaging (for kids at school) and I bring those along. Make up small snacks to eat throughout the day and go with that. Before too long, you will be a lot more comfortable with eating full meals and eating a little more.
DO NOT panic or get anxious over this. It will perpetuate it if you do.
I used to think 15 minutes ahead. So for example, at a quarter to 10, I would start saying to myself, I really want to eat a couple of cookies. I would think about the cookies and try to crave them. After 15 minutes, I would eat the cookies.
As with anxiety, you are re-training your brain. You are telling it what YOU want, not listening to what IT wants.
Try it out and see if it works for you.

Re-convince yourself that eating is wonderful. Pick a food that you would like to fall in love with again... mine was bread. Tell yourself you're craving it and it will be so good to have some.
You WILL get there. Smaller snacky-type means throughout the day is the trick.
