Today I have to go shopping. I have my lists made out and I am waiting for my hair to dry. I have to go to three big stores and I am starting to feel the stress of it now. I have not slept well last night, because I know I have to go shopping. My hubby is waiting for and so is my sister. I hate this days. I hate the panic attacks taking so much away from me.
I wish i could just relax and enjoy it. Isn't funny how women are suppose to love shopping but us with panic attacks can't handle a quick trip to the store.

I can so relate to you. I do not like food shopping either I go but it is not a great time. I hope your day of shopping goes well and you get it done with out any panic attack.

Give yourself a break -who actually likes grocery shopping- ugh! Why make a big deal out of it. I mean go when the mood strikes you. You you feel strong . For now don't say tomorrow I will go shopping that will only cause anticipatory anxiety. When the mood strikes, then go.

Hang in there! I used to dread going shopping, I used to always have a panic attack in the store, I have left many carts of food in an isle and made a run for it...But, it does get better if you just keep pushing yourself...My boyfriend dreads shopping with me now, because i enjoy it so much and will shop for hours...Keep a positive mind, with positive thoughts, it will get better!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
