i was were you are now a few years ago, i mean i just wanted to die, i prayed everyday that i would have an accident, or just die in my sleep and clonazepam/klonopin and mirtazipine changed my life for the better.
i still have shit phases, but on the whole i'm better, trying to get off the clonazepam to try for kids, its a pain, cos its addictive and there are side affects, but hey, i have a hell of a lot to thank it for!
i say if your feeling so bad, and your in hell and dont know where to put yourself, then you should try anything to get better, worry about getting off it another day, and concentrate on gettin well.
gud luck x
you're not alone in this problem. I 've been having continuous anxiety attacks for the last 4 months. I am so tired that I cannot take care of my 2 little kids anymore. I cry all day. My life has become miserable. I rarely go to work, I am always on sick leave. I am scared to go out of my house. I am taking Bromazepam but it 's not helping anymore. The doctor gave me paxil. I am always dizzy and all I wanna do is sleep. Everybody tells me to hang on and I will be out of this. So what I can tell you is "hang on Mystie" and I hope both of us will be out of this soon.
Hugs,
Carli
Lately I have been feeling more and more that death would be the only way to have peace from this.
This week I have had extreme anxiety...all day, everyday. Talking to my therapist is what gets me through it.
Do you have a therapist?
