First let me say how happy I am to hear you are doing so good. We like to hear the good stories too.

I would say it probably the seroquel, Ive been prozas about 10 years all together and never had strange dreams. They recently added Welbutrin and my dreams are so wild and out there, crazy.

It always amazes me that a person who is supposed to be in the patients corner and prescribing in their best interest would RX Seroquel for anxiety or insomnia.

This is a drug FDA approved for major mental illness. It is well known for causing diabetes and even worse is the potential for permanent neurological damage that can be much worse than anxiety. I have a good friend who has this from 8 months on the drug. He will never recover and is in constant torment.

It also lowers the seizure threshold and there is good reason all prescribing doctors are told by the FDA to have patients eyes examined every six months

This drug CAUSED me to panic - the 25mg one. I'm terrified of it, I took it about four times - to aide with sleep, I started on half a tab and it was ok - no panic then the first and only night night I took a full 25mg - one of the worst attacks EVER.

Yes, from what I know it's a major anti psychotic drug. I used to take meds in the past and suffered way more side effects and body harm that was worth it. You really have to do your own research. I put too much trust in doctors years ago and now have been dealing with my health ever since. For me a little depression and a drug for 10 years caused so much more than I have ever dealt with. Be safe and know that sleep will come when it's supposed to. I wake up alot during the night but would now never resort to a drug. Try natural magnesium or other natural things that don't have such side effects. Just being honest as people think these things don't happen to them. Best to you and your sleep!

Oh and when I went off Prozac (one of the drugs) years ago I was majorly suicidal and that's not me at all. Be safe.
