Getting in to a good sleep hygiene cycle can be difficult when you're suffering with anxiety but is so helpful. Power naps I think are not particularly helpful as they break the normal pattern of wake/sleep that your body sets. The length of sleep you get isn't actually as important as the routine. If your body gets used to going to sleep and getting up at a certain time then you'll feel much brighter. Start thinking about bed half an hour before you do and try and find some way to relax beforehand.
