I dont know what triggered it(as usual) but my anxiety has been awful this past week. Daily attacks. I havent been like this in years! I am usual able to manage it pretty well, but for some reason my attacks have been severe the past few days. Chest pains, body heat/sweats, tingly hands...fatigue, I hate it. It makes me so tired.
what I hate the most is that the physical symptoms of my anxiety make me think I need to go to the hospital. I have to CONSTANTLY tell myself that its just anxiety or I freak out more. I am aware its pretty much all in my head, but I find it hard to stay "logical" when I am like this.
Im just so bummed out right now. Trying so hard to push it out of my mind.

One of the bigger problems of the physical symptoms of anxiety is that they typically don't stay **just anxiety** forever. In addition, there are quite a few physical illness for which anxiety is a symptom, not the cause. It doesn't hurt to schedule an appointment with your primary care physician, just to rule out physical causes.
