Anxiousness and Nervousness has set in. It's always been here. So much to do on my "to do list". What to do? I gotta get mentally prepared. No..I don't think that's a good idea. I think that's where my anxiety comes from... over thinking about things that really don't need much thought. I'm new here Btw.

Welcome to the group. I find making lists of things I need to do and putting them in order of priority helps a lot with the overwhelmed feeling. Then just complete one task at a time and don't rush yourself.

Here's a step process to help you sort through the pattern of thought with the journal entries. (yes, making a "to-do" list counts as a journal entry)-look at the items and what is required to complete them - and on the side, note the thought that comes first for each of them. Once you get that on track, your lists will be more easier to pick up and walk to finish line. Take the time to mark off what you finish, too. The sense of accomplishment will lift your spirits the next time you are stuck on a particular list item. Best wishes!

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
