Hey guys! Today was an emotional rollercoaster of a day. First thing this morning I drove my normal hour and fifteen minutes to school, had a grueling scanning practial. Glad that is over. Then I bought my daughter her first car, a good part of my day! After that I worked for about 5 hours at a sister store, not my usual store. Then I get home to my daughter and husband argueing. He is not her dad but has been a part of her life for 10 years, however over the last year they have drifted farther a part! I just want to run and hide. Not to mention I have started breaking out in hives all over! This stress is going to be my undoing. I can't help but feel like I should be doing more to help my family but I just do not know what the right move is.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Steadying support while you rise to your own challenges. Stress can, indeed, undo the strongest of us. Vent freely. Vent often. Listening. . .
You are enough. Exactly as you are. You are doing more than enough. Exactly as things are.
Go back and reread all you've done. For everyone else. What are you doing for yourself? What is your self-care routine? Don't have one? Now is the time to create one. Maybe its as simple as the fancy coffee you can make at home or the fancy whipped cream to top it with. Maybe its a pedicure or simply going to a bookstore to browse the books and have some quiet time. It doesn't have to be super time consuming or expensive. But do something for yourself.
And, as always, YOU ARE ENOUGH!
