yes i am using it now it is really good does take the edge off its not a mircle cure it just eases teh anxious and stress, i am also using kalms hebal tablets that are easing me.

I always have rescue remedy on hand - it is my friend..*smiling*.........it takes the edge off things, I cannot think how it works but it does help.....worth a try...

yeh they do work if u take it 4 times aday it really makes u relaxed and they do a spray that u carry round wid u and wen u feel a panic attack comin on sprqay it once of ur tounge and its calms u dwn hope this helps

Can this be taken with all the other meds? Lexapro and Ativan?

I've tried it too and it does help take a little bit of the edge off - as someone else mentioned I've got the spray version in my handbag.

Annie - I take it with Lexepro with no ill effects - I think it can be taken with most things?

this can be taken with anyting as it is completly natural and will not harm you if on other meds
