I think the thing with IBS is the symptoms are broad, from cramping, abdominal pain, bloating, gas, etc to diarrhea or constipation, or both. So to me it stands to reason you could experience a lot of different sensations.
Food and stress are both triggers for IBS so managing your diet and stress will hopefully improve your symptoms.
