I can not stop moving my leg keep moving all day long. If I sit to long I have to get up and walk pure energy please stop.
I have a job where I sit all day and do data entry on the computer this job dose not help the energy. I do walk during my 1/2 hour lunch to try and burn some of it off but no luck. but its better then having no job at all,but there is days I wonder if I walk away if the energy would stop, but then I would have a hole new set of problem to over come.
During the summer I was able to turn the energy into positive energy when I was home by doing stuff around the house work on stuff. But when I did this I would go faster then what I should of because of the energy made me do it faster. I do walk at night before I go to bed I walk about a mile to 1.5 miles every night.
Now its getting dark early I don't have much time to do things to keep me busy, winter is going to be hell I am not a winter person I don't do much during the winter don't like the cold. I am going have to find a project to do during the winter for I can burn this energy off.
I take Lorazepam 2mg 4 times a day and also Seroquel 50mg 4 times a day and 200 mg at night before bed, not working, I think the Lorazepam change my mood to being mad and irritable all of the time even with my 4 year old grand daughter. So when I see my doc I am going to see if there is something else that would help because I do not like being irritable.
Its been 2.5 years now if anybody can help me out to make this energy stop you would have a friend for life.

Have you ever tried an acupuncturist? I'm about done with my masters in acupuncture and have had success calming patients with your symptoms. Also, maybe want to look into magnesium supplement, that relaxes the body. I usually get the powdered version to put in my water because it's tasty and seems to be absorbed better than pill form.

May seem trite or obvious but I find progressive relaxation techniques to be helpful. I walk earlier in the day , when I walk at night it actually increases my restlessness. And good old chamomille tea before bed. Good luck!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
