I was wondering about your comment about the chemical imbalance. I am not sure what you mean.
Hasn't it been proven that people who have depression or anxiety have lower levels of serotonin and dopamine...the neurotransmitters. They are brain chemicals.
And either medications or exercise or even nutrient rich foods are able to increase serotonin.
Do you have a link or information to explain what you are saying.

I've never taken any so I don't know. I did one time get some relief from Anxiety having taken a couple of painkillers for Toothache. They were Zapain but they totally doped me out and had me very relaxed which in itself helped me get through my working day without the Anxiety and nervous feeling bogging me down.
Also I hear people talk about how Xanax and Anti depressants etc help with Anxiety, but wouldn't that be a chemical thing then?
