Set some small goals for yourself, if its exercising for 5 mins a day to start, or get out doors for 5 mins a day. but don't overwhelm yourself so you quit quickly (I have a tendency thanks to bp) Also plan it for a certain time- set your alarm so you don't forget.
On the nursing, are you still interested in health care generally? There are many ancillary occupations around nursing that aren't anywhere near the wards. Nurse educator, medical records, OH&S - all sorts of things - you'd know them better than me. I just thought of that because something must have attracted you to nursing in the first place and ward nursing, or theatre nursing aren't the only options. There might even be a short bridging course from your nursing qualifications into a related field. It would be worth putting some thoughts and investigation into it before taking a totally different path and wasting your qualifications. If you've successfully completed a nursing qualification you are obviously a very intelligent person so there may be many places you could fit.
