Hope the dog days of summer aren't getting you down!

I’m so sorry you are going through a rough time at the moment. I have a sister who used to struggle severely with anxiety. She used to be so scared that she could not sleep well. She also lost her appetite. She became so skinny and most of the people around her noticed that she lost a lot of weight which made her so conscious. She didn’t want to go out of the house or even go to work.
She was fighting a hard battle but she did not want any treatments. I sent her messages everyday just to let her know that she’s not alone. We talked about anything. I also encouraged her to join a life group. Slowly, her mood was improving then she also decided to get a pet. Her pets and garden made her so busy and she’s enjoying them.
I hope you can find something that can help you to feel less lonely. Do things that you will enjoy. Feel free to share anytime. I hope you will be comforted here, we are here for you. You are not alone. You can also write down your thoughts in your journal, it’s like talking to a friend.
Praying that things will get better for you. God bless you with His peace and strength.
Please come back and let us know how you are doing. Take care.
once in a while. Sit by an open window and watch outside also. Taking slow breaths. Nature calms me when I'm anxious.
