Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

For my anxiety, my leg trembles all the time, skin lesions, sleep disorder, IBS, and nervous awareness of everything around me
Also, thank you for replying. This is all so new to me and it’s incredible to talk to someone who can relate about this.
My normal level of anxiety (high... I mean really high) I do have soreness and suffer from migraines.
Are you talking with someone about your anxiety? A therapist is a good person to help you deal with this.
My lifelong anxiety is severe enough to be an attack on my entire nervous system. The physical side effects can and do manifest just about everywhere my nervous system goes. I don't know if I have the energy or interest to type the all. Imitation heart attacks and irritable bowels are my most persistent physical symptoms.
Yea, I started having extra and more severe panic attacks in March, too, and they have escalated for the entire marshal law experience. Are the germaphobes safe yet?
Healing hopes for all. No exceptions.
Has it helped you?
Arfie I’m so sorry you have it so extreme. Thank you for even fighting through it enough to write me. I’ve only had one Panic attack that has sent me to the ER. That was my first one. Since then my physical symptoms have grown so much. I get new symptoms like every week. As of right now though its been mainly migraines and forearm pain. I really do hope you are able to find some type of relief. I hope we all can.
Keep a daily journal and write out all your symptoms.
I endured panic attacks with tunnel vision and hyper hearing being the last to go away. The headaches and soreness are common as well.
I had to make sure to stay hydrated, and to relax my shoulders along with even breathing to reduce the physical symptoms during active episodes of anxiety and panic.
Best wishes as you find your way to a better balance.
Roll the shoulders and lift your head and bend your head chin to front. Both directions rolling.
Here's to everyone doing better, whatever it takes!
I have had anxiety disorder and panic attacks for over 20 years. Just know that it won't kill you, you aren't dying (even though it can feel like it, when you are in the middle of it!). In fact, I had a panic attack just this morning! What I do, is distractions. Start doing something else. The more you *think* about panicking, the more you will panic. Just go about your day, do what you were going to do before the anxiety started.
Also, basic things such as daily exercise, get outside, try to eat pretty healthy, have some people that you talk to and socialize with. Do you have a pet? That can help calm anxiety, as well.
You are going to be okay! Like I said, I just had a panic attack this morning, and now I'm on here, so I must be okay and I lived through it :)
