I have been trying different ways to help with my anxiety.
Hopping on one foot in a circle while saying what is bothering me with a finger up my nose and at the end slapping my butt saying who's your daddy. To flushing the toilet and imagining every thing that is bothering me is going down the pipes.
I have been using crystals, diversion, desentization techniques, meditation, natural herbs, talking, music, and I think that is it.
I am also using positive energy.
I think that the best way to get through this is together.

For those of you who are into reading. I am drawing strength from one of my favorite authors. Sherrylin Kenyon. She is a very strong woman who has had her own past and has come out on top. Thank you

We are we are all stronger than this. Instead of battling vampires or other creatures we are battling something like a ghost. It is something no one can see but we know it it there. I will not go quietly. I will make as much noise as I can and I will get through this. I will take as many people with me as I can. Come on everyone lets jump on this train to recovery!!!!

Well you've got quite a resume. It seems you have tried everything but CBT. If you tried all of those other methods it's worth giving CBT a try but remember you only get out what you put in.

I am currently in CBT now. I am also doing accupunctur and chiropractic care. I am doing everthing I can so I can learn to be free of this "black spot"

At first I had the usual anxiety thoughts. Then when I added the finger It felt like a flood gate was slowly opening and at the end of it I was laughing. I hadn't laughed in 3 days and it felt so good. I think that even if it sounds weird try it. You really have nothing to lose and much to gain.
